Patterns are emerging.
She's a great sleeper at night and a decent early morning napper. She'll go 7-9 hour stretches at night and will usually put in another solid 2.5 - 3 hours of sleep after her 4 or 5am feeding. She only takes little catnaps here and there throughout the daytime (usually nothing longer than 25 minutes), but I can't complain.
She's a slow nurser and prefers to nurse about every 2.5 hours (a bit more frequent in the evening) which was driving me a little crazy, but I've learned to relax about it. Spitting up has been big but it seems to be lessening these last couple of weeks. If this trend continues perhaps she'll begin to eat more quickly and be okay with a fuller tummy which could make 3 hour meal spacing a reality.
She enjoys her hanging toys for about 15 minutes at a time (still loves the little guy) and when carried prefers the vantage point from over my shoulder. She has gotten quite good at lifting her legs to kick the toys above. Her absolute favorite thing to do is talk! She is a complete chatterbox and loves experimenting with her voice.
As time goes on she is less and less interested in her "bink" and more and more curious about her hand and/or fingers. She hasn't quite figured out her thumb is easier to suck than her fist, but I think we're close.
Her hair has lightened a little. Just this afternoon I noticed MUCH lighter hair at the roots on top of her head ... it actually looks blondish.
