M's EI PT gave her a great gift at one of her last sessions in December. It's actually a kind of hop scotch set which will be great for her coordination and endurance eventually, but she's not quite there yet. So, for now instead of attaching the rings together and placing them in patterns on the floor for hopping practice, they both love to carry them around, wave and dance with rings held high above their heads, and occasionally place them over other objects.
Isla has decided that placing them over her own head is the best fun of all.
Sometimes she'll even put one arm through too, you know, like a Ms. America sash or something.
And of course, like most things around here, they also pull double duty as teething rings.
